If you are anything like me then there will always be a little too much eating and drinking over Christmas, whether it be due to the office party or spending time with your loved ones.

Check out this excercise routine that anyone can perform without having to go to the gym. It can help you maintain some sort of active and healthy lifestyle during this time of the year when people tend to put on a bit of weight.
