Mocktail – Peach Manda(rin)

Short blog. I have a new housemate and she’s one of a kind. She moved in last weekend and it inspired me to make my own mocktail. Bought soda water infused with peach and fresh mandatins a couple of weeks ago. Don’t worry the mandarin was still juicy and pulpy. Mix together plus a bit honey (to offset strong taste) then viola! My own mocktail – peach manda(rin); name intended. ’til the next blog! – Eron 🙂

A winner so I say! 🙂

Also baked lemon bread. It was moist and yummy. 🙂
