If you had a long day…

You might need sweet cake and a cup of coffee 🙂

< Ingredients >

weak flour 70g

maize starch 10g

baking powder 3g

3 eggs

surgar for egg whites :65g

surgar for yolk : 50g

vegetable oil 60g

water 60g

3tablespoons citron preserved in sugar

In a bowl, put egg whties and sugar 65g

Mix it well and make meringue

Mix yolk and sugar 50g

Add vegetable oil 60g and mix it

In the mixture, put sifted weak flour 70g, maize starch 10g,

and baking powder 3g.

Mix them well

Lastly, add meringue and 3 tablespoons citron preserved in sugar

Mix!!!

Pour into pan and bake in 25 minutes at 170 degrees
